William Linder III – Real Estate Broker

William Linder is a recent retiree of the United States Army where he served 20 years. William moved to Quincy in August of 2016 with his family, which include, his wife Angela and two sons Henry and Charlie. The plan was to move back east after retierment, but found that he loved the sense of community that Quincy had to offer for him and his family. Most of his Army career was spent as a recruiter where he developed many qualities which include negotiating, persistence and working hard along with skills that involve marketing and sales. While in the Army, he also graduated from Sullivan University with an Associates Degree in Marketing and Sales. Little did he know how all this was preparing him for his first love which is real-estate. With the many moves that were required of him and his family during his Army career, William also understands the importance of finding the right person to help during the stresses of finding or selling a home. He is sensitive to his clients need to be informed, and protected during this time. William is less concerned in the “sale” and more concerned in being the person you can rely on during the whole searching/buying/selling experience.
